Improving effectiveness of scoliotic posture prevention and correction in primary school children

چکیده

For several decades the problem of prevention and correction posture disorders in primary school children has not lost its relevance. Statistics show that 68-94 % students have disorders. A special place classification is occupied by a scoliotic posture. Such statement indicates health improving physical education does fully solve tasks assigned to it. Analysis literature sources allowed us establish two main reasons for low effectiveness children. The first reason relates early diagnosis posture, second overage aspects problem, revealing model periodization fitness training with theory practice culture. results previous studies suggest ways improve children, namely: expand range traditional methods through motor postural diagnostics; use nonlinear activity create optimal conditions leveling muscle imbalance formation rational automatisms patterns context training.
